Aircraft means any aircraft of Siberia Airlines, PJSC and Globus, LLC. Passenger means a person who has been carried or is to be carried on an aircraft in accordance with the Contract of Air Carriage made up with the Carrier.
Carrier means Siberia Airlines, PJSC. List of charges means the List of Charges for Service and Additional Operations of Siberia Airlines, PJSC. Schedule means a timetable that determines the time and the date of departure or arrival of the Bus, including the route, intermediate points or stops. The schedule is set out on in the corresponding section. Abbreviations BSR (Published Banker’s Selling Rate) means the Banker’s Selling Rate that is published in the booking system. EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document) means the Electronic Miscellaneous Document of the Carrier. General Provisions 1.1.
The Bus Carriage ancillary service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) means the carriage of passengers, their baggage and cabin baggage on the Bus from the point of departure to the airport of departure or from the airport of destination to the point of arrival, subject to preliminary booking and issuance of the Service in the order and within the time limits established by these Terms. The Bus Carriage is carried out according to the Schedule set out on www.s7.ru in the corresponding section. The points of departure/arrival and airports (cities) in which the Service is provided are determined by the Carrier. The points of departure of Buses are marked by signs with S7 Airlines logos containing the route and the Schedule.
The Service can be issued on the date of the flight, that is specified in the passenger’s ticket, whereby the issuance can be carried out both before the departure of the flight and after the arrival at the airport of destination. When the bus arrives or departs on the previous/next day from the date of departure/arrival of the flight, the Service is issued for the actual date of departure of the bus.
The Service is provided subject to prior booking and confirmation made by the Carrier not later than 15 minutes before the departure of the Bus according to the Schedule. The Service is provided to the passengers who have booked the carriage on scheduled flights of Siberia Airlines, PJSC, as well as on the code-share flights (international and domestic), where Globus, LLC is the operating carrier. The issuance and provision of the Service to the passengers who have booked the carriage on the code-share flights, where Siberia Airlines, PJSC, acts as a marketing carrier (the flight ID ranges of S74000—S74999) is not carried out. The Carrier has the right to limit the list of destinations on which the Service is provided. The list of routes on which the Service can be performed can be found through the Call Centre of the Carrier or on www.s7.ru, the website of the Carrier.
The Service is not provided to the following passenger categories: • stretcher passengers (STCR); • inadmissible/deported passengers (INAD, DEPA, DEPU); • passengers carried under escort. For children aged 5 to 16 years inclusive, for whom the Transportation of an Unaccompanied Child under the Supervision of the Carrier Service is issued, the Bus Carriage Service is provided only when such child is accompanied by a representative of an unaccompanied child. For persons accompanying unaccompanied children (UMNR) the Service can be issued without purchasing a carriage. For persons accompanying disabled passengers and other persons with disabilities, the Service can be issued without purchasing an air carriage. The booking and issuance of the Service for passengers with mental disabilities are carried out simultaneously with the issuance of the Service for the accompanying adult.
